Wow!!!! I was notified by local PD that my checks had been compromised! Not good! I was upset, and a bit worried when I called the bank! I was connected with Hayden, an awesome guy, who listened to my worries and frustrations. He assured me that by the time I made it to the bank, (20 minutes later), he would have the answers to my questions. Hayden made sure that no other bogus checks had been written, got my account closed, and a new (secure) account opened! Hayden followed up with me the next business day to assure me everything was taken care of! A+++++++++!!!!
