I was in the process of refinancing and was promised a refund for the appraisal since a competitor company would not charge for an appraisal. I went with this company and after over 6 months, they still haven’t refunded me. The office manager keeps promising that it will get done and that she’ll talk to her boss. Her boss says he didn’t know anything about it, but will get it processed and after a month, nothing. These people are so bad with their communication now that they owe me money. They got paid ASAP once the deal was closed, but now they don’t care about their service. It’s a shame that they can do this to someone who trusted them and still went with them even though their rates weren’t the best. Now I have regrets going with them, all they care about is closing that deal.
