      Terrible experience. Nancy was suppose to handle my closing, was always an excuse to why she couldn’t, the assistant at the front desk had to. Was not treated like a customer, each time I had to call them back! Stated she didn’t have to call me back because the bank did. Would not recommend. Customer service is terrible!!
