      Very unhelpful, unfriendly, and slow. Bordering on rude. And they charge to give you copies of your own documents!!! Would be negative stars if allowed.

      I must admit, this company puts on a good show. Unfortunately, I have been waiting since November to receive the last of my vacation fund. Granted it's not a lot. However, it's the point. I sent the paperwork they requested. A month later they said they were backed up. Thet claim it was due to waiting on verification of still being employed or not. Here it is April and still nothing. Now there's a new person there. Poor girl was very nice. Unfortunately, she said she might need to send me another form. This will take yet another month before I would possibly get my month. At this point, I must agree with a previous review. This is to convenient. There professional approach is poor at best. I would never use them again, nor return to the areas that use them. Just close your doors and go home.
