      Worse banking experience of my freaking LIFE. It's like they've been holding my account hostage for 2 months. Called back and forth with them for the past three weeks, just to close my account and they wont even let me do that with out a cashiers check. I wasnt able to access my account for 2 months. NOW, I am now suffering from late fees, because I cant send external transfers, use venmo, cash app, Zelle, or any other means to transfer money. If I wait another two weeks to get a check in the mail just to pay my bills I'm getting evicted. Oh and a note for KAREN the branch manager of West Plains branch. Thanks for hanging up on me twice this week. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
