West Shore Bank of Hart has always been my first choice in banking. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and the customer service I have received many years ago and continue to receive today has been wonderful! The dedicated, caring staff at this branch continues to amaze me. From tellers and customer relations to loan officers and bank managers they are all dedicated to their customers. The atmosphere is friendly and the facility is clean and well maintained. You can even get assistance after hours with their online banking, mobile banking, online customer service call line and ATM services. I highly recommend this West Shore Bank branch!

Even though I am from Ludington, whenever I go out of town south and need to stop at the bank, I don’t think twice about stopping in Hart. I have always gotten friendly curtious service. Not to mention, it seems like I can get on and out quicker than in Ludington. I like the fact that several of the employees have been there for a very long time so I recognize them.

WestShore Bank always makes me feel welcome when I go into the office. Even with masks on I can tell they have a smile on their face when I'm being greeted! They are so helpful when it comes to the WestShore bank app as well, showing me the new features and walking me through features I need help with. I can't say enough good things about how friendly, helpful and patient the employees are. I'm so happy to call WestShore Bank my bank.
