Went to the ATM today and I was told that I was only allowed to take out $200 at a time what if I needed money, such an inconvenience. This is the worst bank ever.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced at the ATM. Our daily limits for an ATM withdrawal is set at a $520 limit. Your feedback is important to us. During our investigation we discovered your visit to the ITM, was during a time our systems were down. We followed our policy of limiting withdrawals to $200 when we are offline. This policy is in place to protect our accountholders. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your business. We truly appreciate it.
