      This conversion is extremely frustrating. They should have people putting credits through that are trying to come through an old west suburban card (that they eliminated) automatically. I shouldn’t have to reach out every time. Not that they even respond to begin with. Good luck trying to call anyone there. Only staying bc of a loan with them. Then I will be leaving.

      I have been banking at this location for almost 20 years. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The only slow times I have experienced is during peak business hours.
