      Problems since they took over. Deposits take more time. My son made a withdrawal from his account the attendant withdrew from our account not sure why that would happen except they share a name. In that instance so many with have this problem!!

      Been with west suburban bank for over 20 years. I had a issue with wish not sending me my items. I tried to deal with west suburban’s customer service. It was the worst experience I’ve had yet. Highly disappointed with west suburban. Would not recommend them. Go to a bank that cares about their loyal customers!!!
