  I have been banking at West suburban for 38yrs now. Customer service has always been great. I have dealt with different staff throughout the years and each has always been friendly, professional and caring. My latest personal banker even calls us every once in a while just to see how we are doing. I would highly recommend this bank.

  Changed so much I want west suburban back! It's very clean I've never seen a bank so clean before!! I can say that much ! But the tellers aren't very friendly and it isn't the same as west suburban at all. There is a lot of false advertising. But other than that ! It looks great and good front desk help just not good as before.

  One of the worst places to work at. In the ITC center Managers and supervisors are incompetent and don’t look out after their employees. they expect maximum effort with minimum pay they make you do extra work technically supervisors and managers are supposed to do but anything to unload the extra work on the tellers. Then they wonder why people won’t stick around over the last year there was probably 10 people who have left and maybe 2 people were hired. Place is clearly going down the wrong path and they still deny to acknowledge their lack of communication and business knowledge. They never got the simple rule that keeping their employees happy will make the company run smooth. There’s a reason that ITC department isn’t running so great anymore and that’s because no one there is truly happy and they are overworked.
