  Worst merger. - debit card stopped working without replacement sent - zelle limit defaulted back to 500 which is how I pay rent making me late for payment -called customer service line they said they can raise limit, it was not raised so I called back and a different lady said no. Both 20+ min wait time Wsb was fine and friendly- this merger was mishandled imo

  The branch is not OPEN!! All deposits have to be made through the ATM. There isn’t even a night deposit option. And to make it worse, the machine lost the deposit and I am still waiting for a response from “technician” whether it is in the machine or not. So frustrating!!
