      My father passed away at the end of February. My mother ordered new checks and specifically ordered them to be without his name (anyone whos lost a loved one will understand why this is a HUGE issue). Well they sent her new checks with his name still on it, and they just told her they will not fix it without her having to rebuy the checks. John, you need to fix this and now!
