This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. My mother recently passed away and I had asked them to cancel all Automatic Payments that are set up ACH. They said they can not do that but suggested I put a “Stop Payment” on each one at a fee of $30.00 each....are you kidding me? After 6 months they will cancel the Auto pay, but until then $30.00 for each one. Now I get to chase down all the ACH fees that come out of her account and cancel them myself (like I don’t have enough to deal with) You would think that after she’s been with this bank since it was Bank of Fresno and is now deceased they would be a little more helpful. I have had issues in the past with them and my mother’s account but this one was way over the top.

Lousy customer service. They don't seem to care about customers. They also never sent me my atm card yet and I've been 3 weeks without one.
