      Your teller whose name is Jennifer is such an advantage to your branch. She's gone out of her way quite a few times to get things done for us. We were in your branch on Saturday with separate problems and she got both taken care of quickly and very cheerfully. We really appreciate her as, I'm sure, many of your other customers do. We look forward to doing business with her and WestAmerica in the future. We've been customers for many years. Thank you, Shawn McMillan and Kelly (Judith) Endres.

      I just called this location on behalf of the company I work for to know what it would take to open up a business account with them, which was what my we were trying to do! A lady by the name Jennifer answered the call and replied asking me to call customer service in a rude way then hung up without giving me a chance to reply. I don't mind calling customer service, but don't be rude. I was directed from a different location to theirs and told to "ask for Jennifer" cause she would better answer my question. This is how some banks lose customers! If there was an option for NO STARS, I would rather give that!
