Our primary banking is done at the River Falls branch, but as I work in Prescott, it is very convenient to stop in at this branch. Everyone is friendly and courteous. We have known Julie Moe for years and appreciate her knowledgeable help and that of others.

In January of 2020 the Prescott branch of WESTconsin credit union let someone remove thousands of dollars from my elderly fathers and my account. They did this with out either one of our permission. After a lot of worrying and questions of what happened to our funds someone in the River Falls Branch was able to find the funds and return them. Because of this fraud my fathers health declined rapidly. I would not recommend WESTconsin credit union to anyone who values their money or privacy.
