  I am a Westconsin fan! Great interest rates and willing to work with their clients. I switched from my previous bank that I was with for 25 years but anytime I needed a loan the interest rates were better elsewhere. With Westconsin they always give me the best rates! This credit union values people! Updating this as my previous mortgage was with Rocket Mortgage and Westconsin beat them out on speed and ease of getting approved!

  Teller 990 I was paying a loan part in cash and part on a card. She did it all on the card when she already had the cash in her hand. What if my account would have went negative from her negligence? Money handling skills should be more of an importance I guess.

  The second time they bought me insurance due to paperwork issues and had to refund it. They are the worst lender I've dealt with. For the low cost of 5,000 a year they'll give you car insurance. After a dozen emails and attempts to get them what they want they refunded my money back when they were satisfied with the fact I've had insurance for the life of my loan. But still charged me for it a week after my insurance lender dealt with them directly on my behalf. My full coverage with Geico is 540$ for 6months. You can see based off the price Westconsin is not looking out for there consumers best interest when they're charging 440% of a market approved rate to there lenders and charging it against the loan with interest. I did not have to pay a dime for this and I'm not writing because it cost me money. But the predatory lending of 440% markups on insurance and a month of back and forth to deal with this issue (twice on two loans) is unacceptable.
