I've had nothing but good interactions at the River Falls location, but look elsewhere if you are in need of a loan. I was attempting to refinance my car and communication was shoddy, slow, and inept. If you have to go here, avoid Sara R.

Wonderful credit union, flexible hours. The staff is so great and is more than willing to donate time to our non-profit The Sharing Tree. They have all been so open to us and we will always use them for banking.
