      I just want to say how much I appreciate Ricardo in your loan department. He really went above and beyond my expectations in helping me with some issues that I had involving a loan at a different credit union. This was a lot of work and probably out of the realm of his usual activities but he took it on and provided me with exactly what was needed. Major kudos to Ricardo and all the staff at Westedge!

      I have banked with Westedge for years. It’s awesome to work with people who know their customers and care about them as individuals. I have accounts at other banks but never receive the personal feel that you get banking with Westedge. I highly recommend them.

      They're a great bank in MOST aspects, but there's a few places they REALLY drop the ball. If you intend on using your debit card overseas or to import anything, they will immediately lock your account because their third party security thinks it's "suspicious" even if you have ordered from the SAME place before. On top of that, they have no idea how to fix it until at least a day or two passes and it shows in their system. Keep their ridiculous overzealous security in mind if you decide to use them and DO NOT rely on the money in that account, because they lock it for practically any transaction they claim is "suspicious". Amazon. Amazon was another charge that was "suspicious" 😑
