      Mercedes at the Wyoming branch was extremely helpful. We had some trouble with the coin counter and she was very patient at helping us through it.

      What I like about WCCU, customer service is top notch. I prefer to diversify my banking with more than one institution, I like to use a bank and credit union. At WCCU I'm more than just a random customer, the staff at my local Richmond branch know me and greet me by name. Their lending interest rates are usually the best in the New England area, typically less than auto dealerships. I would know i just financed my 8th vehicle with them in 10 years and my interest rates have been anywhere from 1.9% - 3.5%, of course your credit score, income etc determine your interst rate. Anyway I highly recommend WCCU.
