      Friendly, courteous, helpful, informative, time sensitive, and always with a smile on their faces. I have been banking with them sinceI atqrree working my first summer job. I chose to bank here because my parents were long time members and seemed more than pleased not to mention I witnessed the many times WCCU was there for our family, whether it be a small personal loan or standing behind us and helping make my parents dream of building and owning their own home a reality. Their benefits for personal saving and checking accounts far outweigh other banks; but the one thing that has always been a winning factor in choosing WCCU over the others is the lack of hassle, the honesty, upfront & no hidden agendas they choose abide by, which is something very special and rare nowdays and very much appreciated and respectable in my eyes. In fact. I'm proud to say I have convinced many of my friends and colleagues to switch to using WCCU over their bank because I got tired of the complaints and watching them being taken advantage of. They've never been happier. Thanks WCCU for all your hard work and dedication to your values, community and customers.
