  I would advise everyone not to deal with this office. My account was transferred to this office after our office here in Jay closed. Ever since then I have had nothing but issues. My payments have been credited to different peoples accounts. Call to pay all accounts and was told all was paid just to get a call the next day demanding more money. Rachel has hung up on my wife when she asked to the total balance of the accounts so we could pay them off and never hear from or deal with these rude incompetent people. I was not give the option as to where my accounts were moved to and when I asked if i could get it moved to Miami due to I go that way often and i never go to Colcord hardly I was informed that was not an option by Rachel for her office was prime location for growth since these loans are illegal in Arkansas. I honestly hope the district manager for whom I have dealt with at Jay calls me because the service and care provided by the Colcord office is the worst I have experienced. I did not need the money I took this loan out to build my credit only to find out that it does not help you as much as it should, for they only report to one credit bureau. When I asked how to get it reported on all bureaus I was told they don't do that and they won't do that end of story.
