  Absolutely phenomenal bank, great customer service, hard working staff, and truly salt of the earth people. This is a local owned and operated bank so its not staffed like a Wells Fargo or a Chase but the difference you get here is personal service. I actually know and am friends with my banker, you will never achieve that at a national bank!

  I hate to share my negative opinion on here but I only believe its fair to do so. I had good feelings from the beginning on this place and the loan process for my mortgage started smoothly. Jason and Valerie were taking care of my loan. Unfortunately the process drug out for way to long and was not helped by the loan officers taking days or weeks to get back to my questions or concerns. Even weeks after my loan "closed" I was being asked for loan documents I needed to produce. I was then called and even begged to return their calls. During the last exchange of calls and emails, I was promised a gift card for my help and was told, "its on its way"..... Still waiting . I think this bank is overworked, uunderstaffed ; maybe taking on a bit too much. I have had many home loans in the past with other lenders close in less than the month...this place took forever.

  Going to be closing my account here, I've had my account for about 4-5 years and I've never ever had such an issue with a bank until western heritage came around. specifically the branch on north mesa. the girls are rude, not very professional , called upper management to complain and nothing was done. Hoping this bank closes down, have already contacted the FDIC and BBB.
