      I have been waiting for 3 weeks trying to get overdraft protection for my checking account. All I receive is nonsensical excuses as to why this is taking so long. I have been a good customer for the whole time my checking account has been open, about 10 months. The one time I needed to use the overdraft protection i would be gladly able to pay the $30 overdraft charge that I would be happy to pay. All I get is unreturned messages and excuses about a 3rd party IT problem which they insist they have put a "rush order" . My medication and life depends on on this

      I'm closing my accounts after being a 30 year member!!! WHCU has forgotten who they work for, they need me more than I need them!! Unprofessional and incompetent is to kind for what they have become. I've never heard of a financial institution who didn't want to take money!!!!
