  Overall, I would not recommend working with Wade Kudinger. I voiced concerns about our loan amount several times during the process. We stated in several emails to Wade we would put XXX as a down-payment and would need to have closing costs calculated to determine the additional cash to bring to close. He said he never saw the emails, even though he was replying directly to the message that had the numbers broken out. We had to work with Wade up until the end of business that day before closing to get the loan amount correct. It was a headache and unnecessarily stressful, especially give that this was our first home buying experience. In addition, Wade contacted us out of the blue to say that he thought we should increase our target mortgage nearly $100,000. If it had not been for a friend that works there, I would have not continued using Wade for that alone. Wade did not seem to care about what would be financially responsible for us, but rather about what would be the largest possible loan that he could sell. When I informed him that the loan amount was incorrect, he tried to get us to leave the loan amount as is and simply make a large payment to principal after close. When I asked if that would alter our monthly payments, he said no. I had been very clear that we wanted the lowest possible monthly payment amount for our loan. I would not recommend him to friends or family.
