      Since the change to CANVAS the service has tanked. Waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes when there are only 2 vehicles in front of you is ridicules. When you can't reach a human or when you do, the first thing they say is, "sorry for the wait" it's not acceptable. I have several accounts at other credit unions. I'll be switching my primary account to one of those.
