  Refused service because we dropped our business account with them, taco bell. Extremely unprofessional, SHOCKED a big business is being petty rather then a continued community service. Even refused service as a customer and not an employee because of wearing a work hat off the clock! Closed my personal account as well. GOOD RIDDENCE

  Joe Nightengale, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced attempting to purchase large quantities of coin for your business. Unfortunately, the nationwide coin shortage has resulted in a significant decrease in how much coin we are able to purchase each week from the Federal Bank. As a result, we have regrettably had to make the very difficult decision to provide large coin purchases for current business bank customers only, and limit the amount of coin we sell each day to individuals holding personal accounts. This is a decision that we do not take lightly and hope that the current coin crisis is resolved nationwide, in the very near future. Sincerely, Lisa

  I am visually impaired took an Uber to the drive through in the heights to make a deposit. Explained to the teller my situation and got nothing but snarky reply back from her. Said I can’t see the slip to fill it out and she said without the slip I couldn’t deposit. Uber driver helped out, asked her to write my balance big on the back of the slip.. she said the balance is already in there and sent it back. Worst customer service ever. This lady has no compassion for the disabled. Pulling my account if this is how WSB treats customers with disabilities.
