      I love Western Sun. I have been with them for years. Today I went in with an issue and got no satisfaction. I tried to do a mobile deposit and it failed because I was supposed to write a bunch of stuff on the back of the check that I had no idea I was supposed to write. Because of this I'm going to end up with fees that they will not reverse. When I've talked to the west Tulsa Branch with issues in the past I never had this problem before but I'm nowhere near there right now.

      I have been using WSFCU for many years and the purchase of 5 vehicles (all loans PAID OFF). At one time, they were good. I cannot say that anymore. After my recent experience with them on a purchase of a vehicle, I will NEVER use them again. I gave them a chance to fix the issues, they knowingly chose to lose me as a customer.
