We purchased our home a few years ago and the escrow officer helping us was wonderful and walked us through the tedious process of the paperwork. The previous day our son had been involved in a major accident so we needed a little extra time to fully understand the process as our brains were a bit distracted. Our escrow officer made it clear and easy to understand and was thorough from start to finish. She even checked in on us afterwards to make sure we didn't have any questions and to check up on our family. She was professional and sympathetic and helped make our experience there stress free!
