      I used to get clean files and exceptional service when using Western Title in Redmond. Last file was a nightmare. Took too long and multiple mistakes that required document to be re-signed 3 times. When I expressed dissatisfaction I was told that I was just 1 of 150 files open. I requested a call from someone above the Escrow Team to review the information I was Provided. I never received any communication. Basically, they didn’t care. I still believe Bend and Sisters offices are the Best around. But the Redmond team has lost it.

      Had some interaction for our business with them. Covid business practices are not up to par. Also not responsive to questions or abrupt. Dealt with a Carlene who didn’t seem to want to be bothered and came off self centered. Spend your time and money elsewhere where they value you.
