We had a fraud situation occur and Jennifer was amazing in getting us an appointment set up and even start some disputing for us. At our appointment we met with Michelle and she made the entire process so easy for us and explained everything to our understanding. Hands down the best experience with a bank!

Fast, friendly, courteous! We closed in 1/6 of the time it was taking with another lender who could not seem to give us the attention to get the loan closed. Westerra responded to us quickly, respected the COVID guidelines and did almost everything touchless/digitally, and got us a better rate than we were getting elsewhere!
