      The mandated (by insurance) roof replacement was handled by Westfall Roofing. What I expected to be a nightmare, turned out to be a dream. They were consistent and persistent in communicating with me, they told me what, who and when, and they were absolutely spot on in their delivery ! What a nice surprise!

      New to the area and unfamiliar with which contractor could be trusted to do a good job. Settled on Westfall based on feedback. Very good experience, full of good surprises - doing the job earlier than expected (with my permission), completing additional services as requested, finishing on-time (put in a long second day!), provided wind mitigation report and registered the Owens Corning warranty, and sent a goodie bag thank you when all was wrapped up. Lots of communication from Westfall - I didn't have to push anyone. Just a classy company. Lucked out, since there are a lot of roofing contractors out there I could have picked. Kudos to Josh Ledoux - he didn't "push" the sale at all, even offered to do an extra non-roofing service I needed. Thanks Josh and the rest of the Westfall Roofing team!
