      AVOID THIS BANK! Terrible experience! Worst customer service, worst phone service, & online "support" is a joke! There is nothing positive to say about this bank.

      I've been with this bank for 27 yrs it was chicopee savings and they just sold to westfield bank . What's new 7 days a week they are open. "awesome". Still the same friendly service . Drive up yes, also inside teller service yes. Friendly great to deal with. I've been happy so far.
