Used to love this bank but the service level has dropped to basically zero. Website is frequently down (spinning wheel on logon attempt), chat support doesn't work well and calling the branch has become impossible. It's like they want your deposit but not you. If you want app-only banking I think this would work for you.

I have very mixed feelings about Westfield (CF branch). Although I live closer to the old 2nd&Portage Trail location, the ATM drive-thru situation is MUCH better at the State Rd. Westfield. And I have always found the people inside to be helpful and pleasant. Biggest gripes are their hours (closed Saturdays and close too early on weekdays) and the bank branches cannot be called individually, only an 800 number, that is not user-friendly.
