      I don't know why there are any negative reviews for this credit union. Customer service is exemplary and should considered the standard by which all others are judged. I've been a member for 40 years.

      Due to Covid-19 I can only leave a 1 star. They don’t even answer there phone. I ask for a payoff balance and a loan printout and it took a week to get. It looked like a ransom note that a 6 year old would write.
