      There was a mix up on my behalf my house insurance provider. Luckily Tracey was able to spot the problem quickly and was more than happy to help. I would recommend this bank to anyone for Mortgages and general day to day banking.

      Folks are better off with putting their cash on a prepaid card. WeStreet will hold deposits & push through debits to gain as many "courtesy" fees as possible. Their app is about useless & if you set up notifications don't trust that you'll be notified of anything other than deposits they seem larger than normal. Staff is rude & unhelpful, even going so far as to offer financial advice that would have bankrupted my family but would have gotten WeStreet multiple weekly "courtesy" fees. There are too many really good banks around Tulsa to bother with this so called credit union. I had more benefits & less fees/hassles with NetSpend.
