  Very attentive staff... Very organized and efficient. They helped make the process of buying a house very easy. Communication up to the point of and during closing was very clear and timely. Thanks for all you did for us, Jennifer and Gwyn!

  My money was in escrow when I canceled the deal My check was mailed out I did not receive it after 2 weeks I called (I was only one city away) and was told to wait another week I waited another 5 days called back and was told that I would have a check waiting for me and to call before I arrived when I called I was told that I would have to wait an additional 24 hours to get my money I had taken the day off from work And was in route when I was told this I would never use this title company thank God for my realtor she managed to get the check wrote if not it was on a Friday and I would have had to wait the entire weekend until Monday when the office manager decided to write me a check it is called bad business and I will never refer them to anyone I'm sure that the CEO of the company Susan Woosley would not appreciate the way things were handled I have my Own lawyer to handle my closings but the realtor insisted that I used this company because they were so honest and great I can honestly say I can't say that about them

  Sarah is an excellent representation of this firm both on the phone and in person. She is the first person to greet you and the last to tell you fairwell. She was very professional and kind during and after the closing on the purchase of my home. Thank you Linda, Gwen and Sarah. You helped make my dream come through.
