      I just became a member yesterday and hopefully it’s me being an inpatient person . I have zero access to my account online , it’s stating that I need to contact the bank . It won’t let me set up my online account saying that I have the wrong credentials inputted . I did have to correct the costumer rep on my email a few times so I’m figuring the email info is still wrong because I don’t have access and haven’t received any emails from them .

      I’ve had quite a hard time getting a auto loan cause of our current situation and with what’s going on nowadays financially it’s so hard to get approved. I am moving out of state is the reason I needed a bigger truck for my families move and after being turned down multiple times, WESTSTAR CREDIT UNION came to the rescue with a very kind and professional approach. So far as of today 03/24/2022 the very first financial institution that made our purchasing experience very calm and very easy. Flor was very prompt and professional and got everything done so fast that we barely could keep up and got excited to hear for the very first time how fast she got us our new truck for our move out of state. I will definitely come back in the future for my future business. Thank Flor and thank you weststar credit union truly heaven sent. 🙏🙏🙏
