Erika Nelson at Westwood Mortgage helped us secure financing at an incredible speed when purchasing a home. We had a tight deadline for closing and found a better rate through Westwood after we had started the process with another company. Both our real estate agent and the seller's agent were staunchly against switching lenders after the original company had already completed the appraisal (stating getting another appraisal could jeopardize the closing date since transferring the existing one had lots of red tape involved). However, Erika was able to swiftly move us through the process at lightning speed which the realtors did not anticipate. Erika was extremely communicative, friendly, and willing to address any concerns of all parties involved whenever they arose resulting in a successful closing (that was still ahead of time). I highly recommend working with Erika and Westwood Mortgage!

From the first day I spoke to Erika, she has answered my questions, return every phone call and email. She has delivered on everything she told me when I first inquired about refinancing.
