      This CU has always worked to be helpful and convenient. Any time I have a question, they make sure to explain things.

      Absolutely the worst institution to deal with. They refuse to listen to reason and will not ever refund a fee, no matter the situation. They have no compassion, understanding or a desire to keep customers. They make me feel like just another number; getting rich off fees from the people who can't afford a gallon of milk before payday. You're better off keeping your money under your mattress.
