  How does one describe pure excellence? In my case, his name is Randy Johnson, Loan Officer, Wheelhouse Credit Union! As a member for well over 25 years, I've worked with Randy for the past 5. During that time Randy has been my one and only source when it comes to my loans. Now about Randy, not only is he my loan officer, he's been my guidance counselor. Meaning, when my credit score was lingering in the low 500's, he's educated me, guided me and personally took the time over several years to where my credit score is now in the 650's. Although Randy is modest and gives me the credit, it was and is Randy who got me to where I am today. I am so forever grateful that Wheelhouse Credit Union has someone in their ranks that treat their members like family.   Beware of Wheelhouse credit Union! Do not put your money into this credit union! They do not handle their own phone calls. They are connected to a call center so that means a third-party has your information not to mention they do not handle their ATMs. I had put $500 into my ATM right outside of the branch and gave me a receipt and hours later my whole deposit was adjusted and removed from my account. I then found out that they have a call center of people who are not even connected to the bank Answering their calls and they are from a different credit union and a company by the name of Sectrum who handles the ATM so I couldn’t even speak to someone directly about the issue. I put cash into the ATM and they blatantly told me that I would have to wait 10 business days to have my issue resolved. When you were taking cash from a customer and then not giving it back for 10 days, sounds like a scam to me. They need to be investigated AT THE B STREET LOCATION

  I just completed an auto loan through Wheelhouse and it was the easiest, most painless, financing process I have ever done. Most of the credit is owed to the rep who helped me, Lina. Lina is the most positive, upbeat, thorough associate I've had the pleasure of working with at a bank. I would highly recommend doing your next auto loan with Wheelhouse and be sure to ask for Lina!
