      I’ve had a WCFCU account for years. They are consistently fast, fair, and friendly. There have been occasional hiccups (as does happen) over the years but nothing that hasn’t ever been fixed quickly.

      If I could give them a zero I would. Never really used this account until recently (had about 10 years) and planned on putting my inheritance in this bank next week but my advice take your money somewhere else! They charged me a fee for a card that I never used and asked to have it reversed (haven’t needed a fee reversed in 2 years). Teller said the manager would get back to me and that never happened. Called and said I never heard from the manager and the teller Lizzie said oh I’m sorry and that was all she said. I used to be a banker and I never just dismissed someone. Definitely not the bank I thought it was.

      Popped in to get some cash out today and was helped by teller Jerry. He was incredibly rude and impolite. Shocked by how a small credit union would hire such terrible staff. I’ve been planning on moving to this credit union from mine in Oklahoma. Luckily I decided to come in and check out the service first.
