  I’ve had a business account at White Rose for about a year, in one month I lost over 8-9 hours by sitting on the phone with someone who has no idea what they are doing when raising a debit card limit, I have lost out on more money than anyone can imagine. They have low limits on their Pos purchases. I have spoken to Debra, Tina & Nicole multiple times about this issue and they have not given me a solid reason as to why they can’t raise my limit permanently. They don’t answer the phone at any branch & when you leave a message they do not call you back(thats great member service) I have a company to run and this credit union is the worst place to have a business account at. I am fed up with dealing with them, they are incompetent & have no real understanding on how to run a company.

  Hi Michael, We apologize for the phone delays and recognize that as an issue we are currently working on. We have several new team members working through training at the moment that are eager to learn and help our members. Our business debit limits are set by board policy and our asset size, as mentioned in previous discussions with our CEO. Our team members and management team are not incompetent, they are currently helping to cover various roles just like many other businesses that may be experiencing temporary staffing shortages. We ask for your patience and appreciate your membership. Disrespectful or inappropriate comments and behavior toward any of our staff members will not be tolerated.
