Was a little skeptical about it but after trying it out I’ve had nothing but a great experience wasn’t charged for machine which is great and so far they’ve kept the word about anything I would be paying. I decided to try it. And so far beat decision I’ve made. Really great company!!! My agent Josie is constantly checking on me and anytime I have concerns or help with machine I can count on a response immediately!! As far as customer service they deserve a 10. Can’t speak for all of the other reviews but I would suggest to just read before u sign . I was lucky enough to have everything answered upfront !! Highly recommended

Beware of this company! They promised us our gift cards would work. They even wrote into our contract. Gave them 6 weeks to get it working and finally had to switch back to our original processor. Then they keep trying to charge our bank account for early termination fees which they promised we could cancel at anytime. I have spent hours on the phone with them to no avail. Worst mistake we have ever made as a business was switching to these guys.
