  Wichita Federal Credit Union really takes care of their members. Brittany did an amazing job handling my mortgage loan. Her communication was award winning and she did an incredible job responding with phone calls, emails and text messages for every piece of information needed to get me approved FAST! Also got me the lowest interest rate that beat any other mortgage loan place around. She did everything for me from the approval process to the closing title work. Brittany was on top of her game at all times for me and made me feel so much at ease thru the entire process. She has a great sense of humor that made it fun too. I can't think of anything that could have gone any better in any way. Thank you Brittany!!! In the same week, I was also approved for a new car loan working with Teresa B. It only took a few hours from the time I contacted her about the car loan, until she had a check ready for me to pick up the very same day. She is absolutely amazing! Teresa was very professional, helpful and expedient in getting thru the approval process. Thank you Teresa for taking care of me and treating me like a special friend and not just another person you work with every day.

  The app is NOT accurate and changes constantly with inaccurate balances and purchase dates. The mobile app needs some MAJOR improvements!!!

  Love the bank, the one star is for the 10 business day hold they place on insurance checks. Do yourself a favor and open a different account at another bank so you can get your money the same day.
