  Great service! My a/c went out and my regular mechanic couldn’t even get me in for 2 weeks. Wilhelm got me in the next day and repairs were made within a few hours and for a very fair price. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you!

  We had a reservation for an oil change with the normal inspection according to the mileage. When we were done, they told us we needed new brake rotors on top of new brake pads. Supposedly, the rotors were so worn that there was not enough material left to turn the rotors. After privately purchasing and installing new pads and rotors, we had the old rotors inspected and measured by a third party - Brakes Plus. There was plenty of rotor material left. When I reached out to Wilhelm Automotive for an explanation, I received no response. In addition, the inspection sheet was not provided during the visit. Also, they were supposed to email a quote for the brake job the day following the visit. After emailing them and asking them for the quote, they did email the quote and a blank inspection sheet. We have no confidence they inspected or measured anything during the visit. In fact, we are fairly convinced, based on the facts at hand, that they were deliberately deceptive. That seems to be further solidified by the fact that we have not received any response back from our request for an explanation regarding the conflicting information about the condition of the rotors. Reflecting back to the visit, their website has a feature for booking an appointment, which we did. They also offer a courtesy shuttle. We emailed them in advance to ensure that their shuttle service would be available. They affirmed that it would be. When we arrived, they were not aware that we were coming, and they did not offer a shuttle service. As a matter of fact, they pushed back. There is a big disconnect between what they advertise and how they actually operate. This is not a family owned company anymore, as they are trying to convey, but rather a big chain, and they have lost the customer caring mindset in the process. All in all, it was not a good experience and we will not go back.

  Everyone I talked to was kind and they explained very well what they were doing to the car. They worked with me and my three kids and it was very much appreciated.
