      I have suffered tough times and have always been grateful to have a company that cares. However, they do not take the time to see that loyal customers have problems too especially since COVID. I have been someone who ALWAYS communicated whether I would be late or couldn’t make the payments. After I loss my job and someone dear to me, I couldn’t make scheduled payments. They called from different numbers and tried stalking social media. I understand it’s a financial institution and I owed money but having a heart is why I always came to y’all and I will be sure to tell people that y’all aren’t as genuine as you seem. Tammy has always been the person who always has been kind and patient and friendly too me so I cannot tear down the institution for just one or a two people. Go straight to Tammy if you need the help. She's been respectable and kind. It just hurt me enough to want to share my experience. Once i finish paying y’all because I am a grown adult who knows responsibility, I would never use or recommend y’all again. It a world that is hurting, would it be so much for y’all to ask, “how are you and your family during this time?” Or “how can we help you catch up?” Guess y’all weren’t affected by the pandemic... 🤔
