      I usually try NOT to give a 5 star review, somewhat out of principle. I mean, there is ALWAY room for improvement, right? Paul's team at Willamette Falls Financial were so responsive and helpful though, that our experience was nothing short of full marks. They listened while we described our goals, clearly explained our options, and quickly got to work on our decided path. We are really excited to have been able to take advantage of the current low rates and refinance, but had no idea a competent team could make it so easy. Honestly, the fifth star was do to their setting up a notary to come to our home so that we could meet our timeline on a locked interest rate. That is exceptional service.
