  WVB is without question the best banking experience I’ve ever had. I work with financial institutions every day and none even come close to an imitation of WVB’s customer service and professionalism. Crystal, Jacob and Kyle all go above and beyond and I enthusiastically recommend all of my friends and clients bank here. Their blend of timeliness, friendliness and expertise make them an absolute joy to do business with. Further, they have amazing rates on offer and a comprehensive lending program. And they’re local!   I met with Chris Ray to discuss my business banking needs this spring. Although I decided to use another bank closer to my business, I wanted to give a 5 star review for Chris and the work he did to try and find me the right fit. Chris went above and beyond the service level of big banks, and worked to personalize my banking needs. This bank supports tons of community projects and local developments and is active in the Salem business community. I hope to be able to use them in the future.
