  Our experience with Mark was amazing! If you're looking for a team to go above and beyond for your home loan, Mark and Jamie are the way to go! We were first time home owners and obviously very new to the process. Mark was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the logistics of purchasing a home and working a mortgage. He was always quick to reply and welcome to calls/questions at anytime. Mark was very detail oriented and only required documents/information when absolutely necessary which kept things easy on us. He ended up being out of office for a small period of time during our purchase process and he made sure Jamie was familiar with our case before going. She was great too!! Of course you might be a little nervous working with someone new in the middle of making an offer and what not but we had zero complaints! Jamie was just as knowledgeable and eager to work with us. They worked hard to get us the lowest interest rate possible, they supplied options to lower closing costs and they looked at multiple loan types and were willing to break them down one by one with us to find the best deal for our situation. Not only did they get us a great interest rate, and lower our closing costs, they also kept in contact with our real estate agent (who was 1+hrs away) and moved things along more quickly than we ever anticipated! Our loan was scheduled to close in 45 business days. Mark and hinted that it could be possible for us to close just a little early and by the end we had closed in less than 30! The process could not have been easier with Mark and Jamie!! We had been told by another company that it could be a great while before we could own a home but the Brockett team made it happen! They were warm, patient and diligent. When we found our home and were prepared to move forward they were genuinely just as excited as we were! We can't recommend them enough! It truly was a pleasure!
