      Friendly, helpfully old fashioned place to Bank in Richboro similar to what Fox Chase Bank was before the merger with Univest.

      William Penn bank is an old fashion bank with old fashion customer service, trying to compete in a modern banking world. If you're looking for a bank where you can go in and talk to the customer service people at the counter, then they are a five star bank. If you need modern banking features like online banking or mobile banking, you may want to look else where. I just spent 54 minutes with their customer service people and all they could say is I'm typing my mobile banking password in wrong. it's the same password that I use for my online banking, William Penn does not give you a choice of having multiple passwords. My password works online but not in their mobile banking app. It seems if their help desk can't figure it out then it must be the customers fault.
